  • 1. Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between AeronFly International Private Limited (“AeronFly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (“you,” “your,” “user”). By booking a package, using our website, or availing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which are governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian laws.

  • 2. Scope of Services

    AeronFly acts as a facilitator between customers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and activity organizers. We arrange bookings and provide customer support but do not control the direct performance of third-party services. All bookings are subject to availability, vendor policies, and applicable travel regulations.

  • 3. Mutual Obligations

    Both AeronFly and the customer agree to act in good faith, provide accurate information, and cooperate in resolving issues. Customers confirm that they are legally competent to enter into contracts under Indian law.

  • 4. Booking & Payments

    • A booking is valid only after receipt of the specified advance payment.
    • The balance payment must be cleared at least 15 days before departure (or as specified in the booking confirmation).
    • Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation, with applicable charges.
    • Booking confirmations will be sent within 48 working hours of payment, and you must check all details carefully and notify AeronFly of any errors within 24 hours.
  • 5. Pricing, Inclusions & Exclusions

    • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST, unless otherwise mentioned.
    • Services clearly listed as “included” in the itinerary or invoice are part of the package. Any unlisted service will be chargeable separately.
    • Prices may change due to government tax revisions, vendor price updates, currency fluctuations, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • 6. Cancellations & Refunds

    • All cancellation requests must be made in writing to letsconnect@aeronfly.com
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days of vendor confirmation, after deducting applicable charges.
    • Visa fees, travel insurance, and service charges are non-refundable.
    • AeronFly will not be liable for losses due to visa rejection, medical issues, travel bans, or force majeure events.
  • 7. Travel Documents & Visa

    Customers are solely responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, insurance, and other mandatory travel documents. AeronFly provides visa assistance but approval lies solely with embassies/consulates.

  • 8. Health, Safety & Insurance

    Customers must disclose any medical condition that may impact travel. AeronFly strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and baggage loss. If declined, AeronFly bears no responsibility for related risks.

  • 9. Code of Conduct

    Customers are expected to follow laws, respect local customs, and adhere to vendor rules. Misconduct (abuse, illegal activity, property damage, intoxication, etc.) may lead to termination of services without refund.

  • 10. Vendor Responsibility

    Since AeronFly acts only as an intermediary, all services are provided under vendor terms. AeronFly is not liable for service delays, overbooking, changes, or cancellations by vendors but will assist in coordination for resolution.

  • 11. Force Majeure

    Neither AeronFly nor the customer will be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or airline failures.

  • 12. Limitation of Liability

    AeronFly’s liability is strictly limited to the amount received for the specific booking in dispute. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., missed connections, loss of enjoyment), except in cases of proven gross negligence.

  • 13. Communication

    For official purposes, only email communication to letsconnect@aeronfly.com will be valid for booking changes, cancellations, or complaints. Phone calls or WhatsApp messages will not be treated as official unless confirmed in writing by AeronFly.

  • 14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pali, Rajasthan, subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

  • 15. Digital Acceptance

    By proceeding with a booking, making a payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. This acceptance is valid under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
